Ahhhh...

Cousins!!!!!

This is my mom's house... and our expanding family in it yesterday! Babies everywhere and smiles all around. Laura, Aaron, their 2 kids, Jen, Aunt Marilyn, Uncle Walt, Kate, and little Madsen all came for the long weekend and we had a blast!

Paige is 21 months now and just adorable! She loved all the babies... she is allowed to touch their hands and feet only. :) SO cute! She was great at saying "baby Asher!"
She was also into kissing Madsen a lot because he was the easiest to reach being on the floor!

The boys got matching outfits and we had a major photo shoot with them for Memorial Day!

Paige insisted on being able to hold baby Grant...her brother.

It was a very big day for Asher... LOTS of stimulation! He was tuckered out by the end of the day. Here he is last night getting ready for bed. Thanks to our friend Cayce he has the cutest jammies with monkeys on them!

4 weeks/ 1 month old!

It was a big week for Asher! He turned 4 weeks old on Tuesday, and then one month old on Thursday! Big times at the Zakaryan home. We also had some visitors which was nice for mommy since the days can be long and a bit lonely sometimes.

We had a wonderful visit with our friends the Wilkinsons on Saturday! They brought us the most delightful meal and we got to play with our little buddy, Christian! We missed him. And he got to meet his new friend Asher who was quite interesting to him.

We call Asher's changing table in his room his "happy place" because he loves being there. He gets really happy after we change his diaper and just let him hang out there on the table. I'm not sure why he likes it so much, but I think its great that he loves his room. For those of you still enjoying this blog...thanks for returning... we really are in love with our child, as you can tell!

Owl Outfit

We took these photos yesterday in the owl outfit for Grandma Linda because she loves owls. Asher was practicing his kicking and we thought it was so cute!

a few new ones...

Our little bean is a lot happier since we switched his formula... again! I am really praying that this is the last time.

Look at this sweet smile!

Last night when we gave him the first bottle of the new formula he passed out on the couch BY HIMSELF!!! It was really exciting for us, no rocking, bouncing, soothing, he just fell asleep on the couch. Brent was able to move him upstairs into the co-sleeper and he STAYED ASLEEP! YAY!

3 weeks

Asher is 3 weeks old today! Both mommy and baby are doing better and better all the time. Brent went back to work yesterday after 3 weeks off and it was sad for me, but has to be done! We missed him but really enjoyed the time together when he got home. Below you will see a short video from bath time last night... Asher was so happy in there!

He is starting to enjoy his activity gym a little bit so we keep trying it!

This one is from yesterday... this little outfit has sadly now been retired as it really is too small for him already. I can't believe that. We brought him home from the hospital in this one and now it's too small. WOW!
