8 months old!

Our little man is getting so big!
He is now scooting all over the place, from room to room! He's not exactly crawling, just scooting on his belly. He has 7 teeth and weighs over 20 lbs.

He has NO idea what he's looking at, he just likes the little light!

Madsen turns ONE!

Asher's cousin Madsen had a party for his 1st birthday...

... and Asher was so excited to celebrate!

The party theme was the Kansas City CHIEFS... his daddy's favorite football team!

It was great to see Anjanette and that Aunt Chris came from Portland for her grandson's first birthday!!

Kate was an adorable mommy... getting ready to have another little one in February! She still sported her CHIEFS shirt though for the party!

Madsen wasn't so sure of what to do with the cake at first...

... but eventually he got the hang of it!

Asher took a good nap in Madsen's bed and then we got to play on the grass together!

Then it was time for presents!

Stromback Family...

The Stromback family on Christmas Day...

It was sooooo wonderful to have Todd and Faith at home for Christmas and to get to spend some more time getting to know Faith. We had a really good time. I learned that Faith dominates at pretty much ANY card game! Go Faith!
The newlyweds seemed really happy together, making each other laugh all the time, and truly enjoying being together. It was so sweet.

He is just fascinated by the texture of the tree and now that he can move he scoots his way over to it any chance he gets! Oh Bean!

7 months old...

Things started to get a little ugly when he was grinding his teeth...

Then he was obsessed with the paper...

... just HAD to get it into his mouth...

I tried to entertain by pointing (which he loves)... but it didn't last long...
