Last weekend we got to spend some time with little Paige. My mom and aunt Marilyn were babysitting while Laura worked at a boutique. They had a great time. Then on Sunday Brent and I spent a few hours over there with Paige. She is adorable. My dad was so cute with her, singing the USC fight song and Climb, Climb Sunshine Mountain. She loved him!
She loved being swaddled. It was the only thing that calmed her down. It was awesome.
It was really fun to see Brent with her. He was great... he walked her around the house, bouncing and holding on tight... so tight that his arm was killing him when he put her down. When he came back in the family room after a good walk around the house we noticed that she was officially SITTING on his arm and totally pulling her head away. She was not unhappy, nor did he smell bad... she must have just wanted to. We laughed so hard!
We gave her a bath in my parents big kitchen sink. She was a happy little girl in there. I loved it. It was so great to be with her! I hope to see her again SOON! Love you Paige.
