Jill is 27!

Jill turned 27 on November 12th. We celebrated the big occasion with dinner at the Yard House in Long Beach. It was a really fun night... we laughed a lot and ate yummy food. It was fun to be in Long Beach again. Jill is loving living in her new apartment there. It is in a great location and so great for her. We have yet to meet her roommate, but hope to soon. Jill seemed happy and content. It was wonderful.
Happy birthday Jilly. We love you!

Family photos are great aren't they?

Bair brothers birthdays...

Our friend Mike Bair turns 30... and his little brother turns 21. We attended the birthday bash on Saturday night at their sister Jenny's house in Tustin. It was a great party. Yummy food, lots of friends,a great yard, and really great entertainment!
"Shave" (Ryan) and Mike

Jenny and Tim have this awesome old tree in their backyard

Mike and Brent

Shane and Jude were there... it was good to see them!

On that old tree is a really great swing. Brent tried it first (but I forgot to take a photo) and was getting his feet higher than the fence you see behind Mark here. It was nuts. Obviously Mark enjoyed swinging also!
Got to see Huy and Holli again also...

2 1/2 Saukkolas!

Deb sang the national anthem to start off the entertainment part of the evening. It was great.

Mike's brother-in-laws (Tim and Brandon) also sang a few little diddys... Brandon was truly hysterical!

Their sister Jenny made them a carrot cake!

Jude played and sang a Ryan Adams song that was amazing.

Then someone had the idea that it was time for a keg stand... Mark, of course, was the one chosen...
Brent and G are getting excited...

Mark is getting some instructions and getting pumped up...

Success!!

To end the evening Brent entertained for just a few moments... this is my favorite move and it was captured so well in this photo.

Happy Birthday Mike... God bless you in your 30th year. We love you.

Holli's 30th Black and White Party

We went to a 30th birthday party last night for Huy's fiancee, Holli. It was a black and white theme which was really fun. I brought a red wrap and I was literally the ONLY person there with any color. It was a little embarrassing but without it I would have been freezing. Huy said I was okay. We had fun hanging out with friends. It was at a great place where Holli lives, near South Coast Plaza.

The boys... Huy, Z, Mark, and G... we are not sure why G looks so scared. It really isn't a scary thing to get your picture taken. :)

Brent's sister Jill was also there, along with many other people from FUEL - the young adults ministry at Mariner's Church. We didn't know very many of them but enjoyed seeing Jill.

It's really hard to tell but Elizabeth is pregnant. She is due in early March. She seems to be doing great with the pregnancy and she are Mark are so happy to be having a BOY!

Brent enjoyed wearing his tuxedo... perfect occasion for it! It appears as though Brent grew a mustache in the middle of the party. I guess we all needed a reminder as to why he no longer participates in the annual mustache week. Thank you Brent for sparing us!

Paige Elizabeth Panfilio...

Last weekend we got to spend some time with little Paige. My mom and aunt Marilyn were babysitting while Laura worked at a boutique. They had a great time. Then on Sunday Brent and I spent a few hours over there with Paige. She is adorable. My dad was so cute with her, singing the USC fight song and Climb, Climb Sunshine Mountain. She loved him!

She loved being swaddled. It was the only thing that calmed her down. It was awesome.

It was really fun to see Brent with her. He was great... he walked her around the house, bouncing and holding on tight... so tight that his arm was killing him when he put her down.

When he came back in the family room after a good walk around the house we noticed that she was officially SITTING on his arm and totally pulling her head away. She was not unhappy, nor did he smell bad... she must have just wanted to. We laughed so hard!
We gave her a bath in my parents big kitchen sink. She was a happy little girl in there. I loved it. It was so great to be with her! I hope to see her again SOON! Love you Paige.

Oh the places we'll go...

I came across this thing and thought it was pretty cool.

Here are all the places that I have been in this amazing world...

Looks like I've got 94% to go. I feel like I've traveled a ton, but this looks kinda weak.
I'm so grateful for all of the places that I have been able to go so far in my life

Onething Conference

Here is an awesome video for an upcoming conference at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. I loved this video because it echoes our hearts' cry and the cry of many in this generation. Nothing will ever satisfy us like Jesus. We were made for the sole purpose of being lovers of the true Lover, God. And oh, how great He is! Taste and see that the Lord is GOOD!!!

Psalm 16:11

You have made known to me the path of life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence,
with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

The year was 1977...and the clothes were beautiful...

We came across this in an email from my mom recently and I searched around and found the original blog. This is pretty classic. Some stuff the guy wrote isn't for the kids, but most of it's super funny. The fashions are amazing and we felt that we should honor the year that I (Brent) was born on our blog. Check it out...

Halloween @ Lindamood-Bell

Most of us dressed up for Halloween. I was the same as every year, a cat! It works well for me. It was fun to see the kids dressed up at work. And Brent and I handed out candy in the evening to the kids in our neighborhood.
no matter how hard i try i cannot get this picture to turn but i had to include one of me so...

sean as the "racquey" ball player

shannon, another "racquey" ball player and jackie, the marathon runner

dan, the "greaser"... i think!
