First Beach Outing...

The Saukkolas invited us to spend some time with them at the beach for Father's Day! We went to Crystal Cove... such a beautiful day!

2 Months old today...

... and OH SO HAPPY about it!

He is so much bigger than the puppy already... how does that happen?

Asher had a great time celebrating his daddy today... he even got dressed for the occasion!

He even raised his hand to tell the world that he loves his dad!

Bottles and time with daddy...

Asher eats 3.5 to 4 oz in his bottle these days, he is a growing boy!

Oh how he LOVES night time with daddy...
after his bath he gets a book and prayers in his crib before a bottle and bed. His daddy is great with reading "Good Night Moon!"

This was the first time Asher actually looked at the book while Brent was reading to him... so cool!

Playing on the floor is so much fun...

My Aunt Val sent Asher this adorable outfit (thank you Aunt Val)... and he loved wearing it for the first time! He loves playing on the floor these days, especially when mommy AND daddy are there to play too!

8 weeks old...

Our little man is happy about being 8 weeks old!

He's bigger than the puppy now... probably about 12 pounds or more. At his 6 week appt he was 11 lbs 5 oz, same size Brent was the day he was born!

Our friends Andi and little Taylor visited yesterday...

We sat outside on the lawn in front of the house on Sunday... it was a beautiful day. Asher and I watched Daddy doing some chipping with his golf club on the lawn.

Last week... 7 weeks old

Grandma came to watch the little man for us one evening...

We are enjoying time with Asher more and more all the time. He smiles all the time and is talking to us lots! It's adorable. Who knew you could sit and listen to a baby talk for hours and enjoy it. Ahhh... parenting!
